The term “canned vegetables” means all those pulses preserved in various ways in order to be also eaten out of season.

The two types of canned vegetables that occupy the largest market volume are:

  • PULSES IN BRINE 
  • PULSES IN SAUCE

FMT is able to study, develop and create complete systems for packaging these products, whether they are filled in glass or can containers.

The most common filling technology is the one called Telescope volumetric “Dual Fill” for pulses and Vacuum Filler for the preserving liquid and/or sauce.
