There is a wide range of services that FMT is able to offer its Customers after the purchase and installation of a plant.
The Service Contracts are offered to Customers in a modular and flexible form in order to compose an effective offer capable of meeting the specific Customer needs.

The contracts can include both packages of hours of remote assistance, and an on-site intervention, carried out by our Technicians.


FMT offers the expertise of its qualified Technicians for the execution of on-site interventions. If a fault cannot be solved through remote assistance, or in the event of a specific request of on-site service  by the Customer, FMT can ensure the presence of its experts within guaranteed and agreed intervention times.
